Notes
A transition model from 1954 marking the transition from the older number 25M to the new number 410. This Bedford Tipper Truck has a very attractive, original mid-blue and yellow finish with nicely detailed original black and silver radiator and headlight assembly. A rare find with cream wheels. This example has a fine lustre to the paint finish. Working tipper function. Well-shaped original smooth tyres. With anodised winding handle.
Close to mint state. Under inspection, you will find a few small extra later dabs of yellow paint on the cab. The yellow paint appears to have been ‘softer’ and more prone to chip on Dinky toys from this era. Occasional small mark besides.
The card picture box has bright colours on rarely handled card. Crisp. Blue colour spot. Faint number in pencil on both end flaps. Small area of surface loss is easily overlooked. Original card packing ring is included.
