This type 4 version of the Petrol Tank Wagon in red and black with front bumper detail was issued between 1947-48 and would have been sent to the shopkeeper in trade boxes, so not individually boxed.
‘PETROL’ lettering is very close to perfect- perfect at the sides. Sound original tyres run smoothly on black ridged wheels. Complete with an intact radiator and headlight assembly. A scarce find.
Very light scattered chipping and the occasional minor retouch.
A rare addition to your Dinky commercial collection.
