Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
This Nicky Toys Mercedes model is finished in an eye-catching peacock blue, with original chrome details, off-white interior, black steering wheel, intact window glazing. Silver and black plastic one-piece tyres/wheels.
Shiny black base with product detail visible. Minor pitting to the base finish.
Very near mint with a little rough casting mostly on the roof and a mark on a rear wing.
The colourful correct box (ATAMCO P LTD. Calcutta) has a crisp feel. Little wear only.
