Notes
From a lifelong collector whose love of Dinky toys started as a child back in the 1950’s and never left him. So, this collection represents a lifelong deep appreciation of Dinky Toys, Britains models, Minic models and more primarily from the 1940’s & 50’s. All British made diecast and tinplate models. Proceeds going to charities close to his heart.
This Market Gardener’s Lorry has a rich green body, black chassis and hubs, type 4 chassis. Much of the plating remains on the radiator and headlights.
A fresh mid-green paint finish with a cast tow hook, and a very scarce find with ridged green wheels.
A few small marks to the paint finish.
This model would have been sold from Dinky trade boxes, so not individually boxed.
