This buff Dinky Toys Trade Box contains just 2 x Sunbeam Alpine Sports boxed models.
Classic Dinky cars made between 1955-59 that present well as follows:
1) Cerise finish, cream wheels, pale grey interior, white driver, intact windscreen and light wear to the door racing numbers. Well-shaped, smooth, original tyres. Minor ‘spidering’ to the base. Small rough cast area and the occasional very subtle touch-in. Complete and bright card picture box has the correct in the print colour spot.
Minor wear.
2) Sky blue version with a lemon-cream interior, matching wheels, white driver, intact windscreen and complete racing numbers throughout. Few little marks to the paint finish. Complete and bright card picture box has the correct colour spot at both end flaps. Light wear.
Buff Trade Box is complete and shows only light storage wear. Remains of the old tape which kept the end flaps closed. Note the Dinky Factory stamp which dates this particular trade box from June 1956.
