2 fine Morestone Double Decker Buses with a vivid red finish, matching metal wheels and complete promotional transfers on both sides.
1) Type 2 version with a deep glossy red finish , red wheels & virtually complete – complete ‘FINEST PETROL IN THE WORLD – ESSO EXTRA’ on both sides. Smooth black tyres are well-shaped. Paint finish is virtually mint.
Colourful and distinctive card box has very light wear. Issued mid 1950’s.
2) Type 4 version with a glossy red finish, red wheels & virtually complete ‘ESSO FOR HAPPY MOTORING’ on both sides. Treaded black tyres are well-shaped. Paint finish is very close to mint.
