Notes
Issued between 1954-59 with a type 3 Leyland grille, this classic Dinky bus marks the renumbering from 29C to 290 (since both are printed on the box). This example presents well with a lustrous original green and cream paint finish, green wheels and well-shaped smooth tyres. Perfect and complete lettering on both sides:
Virtually mint condition.
The more unusual dual-numbered pictorial box is vividly-coloured with all end flaps complete. Crisp feel. Correct colour spot for this version too.
Light handling wear amd a small penned ‘3’.
