This SHADO 2 Mobile has an original military green finish (so often included in some military Dinky collections). This scarce version has a green panelled roof and orange underside. With a white interior, and a pale green base. Complete ‘SHADO 2’ labels on both sides. Bright silver firing mechanism. Grey tracks and brown plastic rollers. Inspired by the Gerry Anderson UFO t.v. series, this model has a slick flip-over roof mechanism which reveals a formidable white and red rocket just waiting to be fired (spare included too)!
Very close to mint.
This early issue (1971) comes in the detailed, colourful card box which is complete and bright, if showing a little wear. Couple of small end flap tears.
A nostalgic treat for Gerry Anderson fans!
