Notes
This classic Dinky model was issued between 1956-58, in various colour finishes, this being one of the most difficult to source, especially boxed. This fine model has a distinctive rich blue finish with a light tan upper and darker fawn wheels. Large baseplate print. Well-shaped smooth tyres. The distinctive lines on this large American car are unmistakable.
Fine lustre on this original paint finish.
A little as-made ‘bubbling’ to the paint finish on the roof.
The dual-numbered card box (from 1954) is complete and brightly coloured with the correct colour spot at ends. Presents well Light wear and a period pencilled price.
