Nicky Dinky 195 Jaguar 3.4 MK II
Jaguar 3.4 MK II by Nicky Dinky, No. 195. Scarce issue. Vivid mid-green. Very, very near mint/boxed. From The Phenomenal Collection.
Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
This Jaguar model is in virtually mint condition with a distinctive mid-green finish, fine silver trim, black gloss base with ‘Dinky Toys’ still clearly visible. One-piece wheels/tyres with silver detail.small area of rough casting at a roof side edge.
The correct card box with ATAMCO CALCUTTA print is bright and fresh with a little of the usual wear.
A fascinating piece of Dinky history and well worth incorporating into your collection.
