The rarest Dinky Mercedes model, this South African issue has a distinctive pale pastel blue finish, with bright plated fittings, suspension on spun wheels, off-white interior.
Direct from a collector in South Africa this is an exciting find in virtually mint condition!
Correct ‘South African’ rivets and this distinctive shade of very pale blue make this an irresistible addition to a serious Dinky collection.
The yellow picture box is bright and fresh with vivid colours. An internal end flap has a careful seam repair. Very minor wear besides.
Period penned price on the top surface.
Few Dinky collections can boast one of these, correctly presented in the Arthur E. Harris South African box!
