Corgi Juniors Gift Set 2519 Batmobile, Boat & Trailer

Notes

A wonderfully fresh, clean and brightly-coloured Corgi Junior Three-Piece Batman Gift Set. Harder to find version:

1) Batmobile has gloss black finish, clear screens and correct for this version, one red Bat logo. Double-spoked whizzwheels. Tow bar. Tiniest puncture to the delicate blister surround.

2) Batboat. Stunning find with the large transfer more usually found on Corgi 924 Batcopter; transfer with yellow surround, black bat logo centre. Pale blue screens. Double-spoked whizzwheels. Intact blister.

3)White Trailer (usually gold).

The models are completely untouched! Simpler shapes to the blister (not formed for the contents and probably the reason why the Batboat is now upside-down!).

Note this box version has the Batman figure reaching forward. Earlier version that does not have 3+ print top left of the card. Dated 1979. Shaped and formed apertures at top of card for suspending on display.

Multi-lingual – this is an export issue with no mention of Juniors on the packaging.

Trace of glue residue on one small area of card (probably where price was removed at some time). Tiny wear besides.
