This classic Dinky bus is a rare find with a type 2 AEC grille. A lustrous bright red and cream original paint finish, red ridged wheels and well-shaped smooth tyres. Lettering is virtually complete – complete.
290 cast on the base. Early – so horizontal casting strengthening bar on the base.
Virtually mint.
The attractive pictorial box is vividly-coloured, with a crisp feel. Correct colour spot for this version too. Lightest wear. Very close to old shop stock quality.
