QDT are truly thrilled to bring to the market-place this sensational and rare Corgi Gift Set 
This one of a very few CORGI DEALERSHIP’S DISPLAY SETS, circa 1957. Box lid is constructed to fold in half with the lower half of the box and contents ensconsed within.

An outstanding example of this SHOP DISPLAY Boxed Set.
 This early issue comprises:

1) 1101 Bedford Carrimore Car Transporter in two-tone blue and red, with flat spun wheels. Near mint plus with a few small marks to the paint. Light storage wear to the original tyres which have ‘bloomed’ slightly. Intact Corgi Dog logo and complete ‘CORGI CAR TRANSPORTER’ lettering on both sides.

2) 201 Austin Cambridge Saloon in dusky turquoise, with flat spun wheels. Mint. Old shop stock blue picture box with promotional colour booklet.

3) 208 Jaguar 2.4 Litre Saloon in crisp white with flat spun wheels. Very near mint with very minor marking only. Old shop stock blue picture box with promotional colour booklet.

4) 302 MGA in vivid red with flat spun wheels and intact windscreen. Near mint plus with a little marking mostly on the rear wings. Fine original tyres. Old shop stock blue picture box with promotional colour booklet.

5) 300 Austin Healey Sports Car in cream with flat spun wheels and fine original tyres. Very, very near mint condition. Old shop stock blue picture box with promotional colour booklet.

Early issue has plain red and yellow ‘Dummy Boxes’.

Original Instruction Leaflet is included too (virtually complete).

Colourful lift-off lid pictorial box comes with interior card packing.
