A popular French die-cast model maker, CIJ (Compagnie Industrielle du Jouet) produced a range of die-cast vehicles during the 1950’s – 1960’s.
This Renault Frégate car is in very close to mint condition with a pleasing blue & grey paint finish. Note that one of the white tyres has a light tread whilst the others are smooth. We expect this is a replacement at some time. Shiny chrome finish on the wheels.
The illustrated card box is crisp and complete with bright colours. Small section of a large end flap has been repaired.
