Notes

Rare to come to the market-place. This early issue from 1935-37, is finished in deep maroon, stone and black. High-line version with virtually complete – complete ‘OVALTINE’ lettering and ‘BOVRIL’ at the sides. Very nearly complete delicate transfer at the rear for ‘BISTO’. Intact radiator and headlight assembly. ‘Mitcham’ destination front and rear. Wooden seating. Working clockwork function.

Barely a mark, although note a later stroke of red paint low down near the radiator on one side.
The distinctive card box is complete and bright. A little age/handling wear and a faint name neatly written on one side. With Minic Key.
