Part of a one owner from new collection just in; the owner of these fine Dinky commercials was born in Wimbledon London, in 1937. Removed from the attic recently after storage for over 50 years.
A classic Dinky model, this ‘ESSO’ van has a glossy vibrant red finish with maroon hubs, untarnished baseplate and complete ‘ESSO’ lettering on the sides (tiny ‘speckling’). Silver trim. Well-shaped smooth original tyres.
Earliest issue in all original, very near mint condition.
Chip to the front bumper and very minor marking besides.
