Notes
Part of a one owner from new collection just in; the owner of these fine Dinky commercials was born in Wimbledon London, in 1937. Removed from the attic recently after storage for over 50 years.
A very fine example indeed of this scarce U.S. issue Military Jeep. All original condition throughout and looking barely handled, with a wonderfully matte military green finish and a notably intact white star on the bonnet, and on one side (correct).
Occasional very small mark.
Supple smooth original tyres.
Never individually boxed (issued 1948-52), this model was sold from a shopkeeper’s trade box.
This buff card example has old tape reinformcement reinforcement at corners. No
dividers present. Pencilled writing including prices on the vivid and complete paper label.
Not an easy find.
