This collection represents a lifelong deep appreciation of Dinky Toys, Britains models, Minic models and more primarily from the 1940’s & 50’s. All British made diecast and tinplate models. Proceeds going to charities close to his heart.
Circa 1950. From a small company about which relatively little is known, comes this very fine Motor Bus in very close to mint condition in vivid red (somewhat ‘orange peel texture now). Bright and complete ’TRANSPORT SERVICES’ on both sides. Shiny wheels and well-shaped treaded tyres.
Silver trim. Solid weighty feel and well-constructed.
Measures approx. 12.5 cms.
Especially scarce to find with this bright card box! Some tears & repairs at end flaps.Lacks one internal end flap.
