This is a very scarce issue in distinctive shade of mid blue with fawn ridged wheels, smooth black tyres and a first type baseplate with small baseplate print.
In close to mint condition, with minor marks to the paint finish.
This version is quite distinct from the other ‘not quite so scarce issue’ which is dark blue.
