Corgi Toys 510 Citroen Tour De France Team Manager's Car
Citroen DS Tour De France Team Manager's Car by Corgi Toys, No. 510. Mint/boxed. Directly from the son of Nigel Loveland, Corgi Sales Director.
Notes
At QDT, we were thrilled to receive an email one day from the son of Nigel Loveland, the Sales Director for Corgi.
His name is highly significant because many exceptionally rare, pristine, and “factory fresh” Corgi models originally originated from his personal collection or direct factory stock.
Issued between 1970-73, this Citroen model has a vibrant shining red finish, intact aerial on the roof, complete with figure with megaphone, and four cycle wheels stowed in the back.
Mint!
Complete ‘Tour De France’ bonnet label. Complete ‘Paramount’ labels on both doors, too.
Shiny chrome.
The early issue blue & yellow window box box is crisp, bright and fresh with a vibrant pictorial scene on the reverse, and intact original cellophane. With Revised Specification Strip. Very nice example. Tiny wear.
The inner is fresh and bright, too.
