Notes
A very displayable example of this unusual model, issued between 1954-61. Red cab, hubs and chassis, cream back. Window glazing.
Bright metal parts, including baseplate and winding handle. Just a couple of tiny marks away from mint.
It displays very nicely and works well with none of the usual chipping to the edges of the cream back.
The more unusual red and yellow card box is brightly-coloured and complete. Packing ring is still present too!
Minor age grubbiness and a shopkeeper’s price of 6/6 is pencilled at an end flap.
A very attractive example.
