Notes

This is a most unusual item from Corgi in the scarce cream finish and made for just for one year only (1966). Usual colour finish is metallic blue.
This particular example is in close to mint condition although the cream finish is especially bubbly at the edges of the window frames. A couple of dabs in a slightly different shade too. The bonnet logo is complete and bright, although very slightly grubby.

This may be a rep’s sample piece.
This example comes complete with the original Waverley ring. Two card packing rings as well as the wrap around card packing piece are also present (so often missing).

The inner card stand is crisp with very bright strong colours. Looks very close to shop-fresh!

The outer box is extremely crisp, vivid and fresh, with scarcely any wear at all! And of course, it has the circular ‘Mettoy’ factory stamps at both end flaps.
