This is a very scarce issue in mid blue with black ridged wheels, smooth black tyres and a first type baseplate with small baseplate print.
In all original, excellent condition, with a lustrous and distinctive finish. Several little light marks on the roof edges. Shiny baseplate and axles. This version is quite distinct from the other ‘not quite so scarce issue’ which is dark blue.
