Notes
Issued between 1957-60, this is a very close to mint, all original example in vibrant metallic mid-blue with flat spun wheels and a black painted baseplate. Working fly wheel motor. Looks unused!
Curiously, when held in a particular orientation under bright light, one can see fine crazing to the paint finish. However, in ‘normal conditions’ (on a display shelf!), this is not evident. Obviously as-made. Just one little mark to the paint at a headlight.
The early powder blue box is complete, although quite worn and grubby now with very old tape residue at the end flaps. No tears. Neatly pencilled period price at an end flap. Colour promotional booklet is included.
