An impressive Dinky commercial on display, this two-tone blue Guy Lorry has a pleasing sheen to the original finish, very bright metal parts, gleaming original silver trim and smooth running original tyres. Later issue with triangular lugs at either side of the radiator and ‘Dinky Toys’ on the base. Looks like old shop stock:

Upon closest inspection, you will see a couple of tiny pin head sized casting marks on the bed and a couple of (as-made) paint runs. Original, clean example. Exceptional.
The fresh blue and yellow card box is complete, brightly-coloured and has no splits. Bright staples too. Minor corner edge scuff and light wear. Period Glasgow shop price label on the lid.
