Notes
Issued 1960-65, this is the scarce, sought-after gold painted issue with white rear fin panels and bright red interior. Suspension on shaped spun wheels. Looks as if it has barely seen the light of day:
One mere probably as-made dot on the boot and a curious, small smudge of green paint at one rear edge, may be possible to carefully remove.
The blue and yellow pictorial box is extremely crisp, bright, and complete. Wonderful condiiton again.
A scarce addition to your Corgi collection, the more common issue has a ‘gold-plated’, reflective finish.
