D161
Dinky 161 Austin Somerset Saloon. Light blue issue. Very, very near mint/boxed. From the 1200 model Italian collection.
Notes
Re-numbered from 40J in 1954, this Austin Somerset Saloon Dinky model has a pleasing pale blue finish with mid-blue ridged wheels and a bright baseplate.
Fine original silver detailing at radiator, bumpers and headlights. Few negliginble dots and do note the obviously factory daub of perfectly-matched blue applied at one side.
The box is vividly-coloured and complete with all end flaps. Tear to one end flap seam and a crumple.
Minor grubbiness. No graffiti. Correct colour spot.
