C474
Corgi 474 Musical Wall's Ice Cream Van. Near mint/boxed. With decorative card stand, Instructions and unapplied transfers. From the 1200 model Italian collection.
Notes
One of the best loved Corgi models, this Ford Thames Van has a shining blue and cream, all original finish with colourful awning and decorative trimmings, sliding windows and when you turn the handle the chimes play (the occasional note only).
Bright plated bumpers (couple of minor rubs) and complete ’Wall’s’ transfers on both sides. Note that the windows have become rather ‘misty’ in appearance now (often the case). A little minor paint defect to the cream finish on one side, below the window. Tiny mark on the blue finish. Looks unused.
Nice to see that this example comes with the colourful card stand and the unapplied transfers (one is missing:
the Instruction Leaflet:
and card packing piece.
The colourfully illustrated card box is complete, quite clean and bright. A couple of little tears at end flap seams and minor wear besides.
