C339
Corgi 339 Monte Carlo Mini Cooper 'S'. Very near mint/boxed. Spun wheels issue in plain card box. With model specific leaflet. Crisp box! Scarce box issue from the Italian collection.
Notes
A desirable Corgi Monte Carlo Mini model in bright red and white finish with racing numbers 177 on both doors (tiniest of corner nicks to one), complete with a chrome roof rack (no rubs) and two spare spun wheels. Suspension on all four spun wheels. Six jewelled headlights/spotlights. Monte Carlo labels front and rear are complete, as are the number plates. Not often found this good!
Paint finish, including the silver bumpers is fine. Nice to see that the white roof does not have nibbles/chips at edges, so presents very well. Small area of casting roughness on one side.
The scarce plain non-picture card box is very nice indeed! Excellent strong colours on crisp, clean undamaged card. Very minor handling wear only and a pencilled price at an end flap.
Also includes the 1967 Monte Carlo B.M.C. leaflet detailing the story of the rally. Club Membership Form on reverse.
