Notes
Fine original lustre to the blue & black finish, complete with an undented tinplate canopy, type 4 chassis, intact radiator and headlight assembly. 20 mph hour label is still in place at the rear. Very attractive item on display, issued between 1947-50, so not individually boxed ( would have been sold from a shopkeeper’s trade box of 6).
Few little chips on the bed and at the sides of the bed, where the tinplate tilt attaches. Couple of little marks at the rear of the cab roof. Notably, much of the original finish remains on the radiator and headlight assembly. Axles, including the ends are bright, pleasing lustre, smooth original tyres run well. Tow hook is intact. Small casting irregularity at the rear of the truck . Tan tinplate canopy has a few minor marks.
