D250
Dinky 250 Streamlined Fire Engine. Near mint plus/boxed. Treaded tyre version. From the Italian collection.
Notes
Such a bright and shining original paint finish on this cherished toy – sure to find pride of place in your collection! It is only upon the closest scrutiny that a few little marks may be seen. Minor rough casting in a couple of places. A great example with its little brass bell and a shining bright ladder (none of the usual rubs!). A real little gem – and harder to find with treaded tyres, which was made towards the end of the production run (1954-62).
Tiny bend in the ladder and a little chip beneath this point on the roof.
The box is complete and brightly-coloured.
Only the most minor age wear (including slight storage grubbiness), and a little pricing/writing at an end flap.
