C211S
Corgi 211S Studebaker Golden Hawk. Early *Gold-Plated* issue. Near mint/boxed. From the Italian collection.
Notes
An eye-catching version of the Studebaker Golden Hawk in bright shining gold with white tail fins and suspension on flat spun wheels (early issue). Bright red interior. This version has a distinctive gold-plated finish ? highly reflective and so difficult to capture in a picture!
So often these gold-plated versions have an almost uniform pitting to the finish – very pleased to say that* this example has less than many we have seen*.
Few very minor marks away from mint, including a little rub at rear fin tips.
The pictorial box is bright, clean, crisp and complete with all end flaps. Very minor handling wear only.
