C408
Corgi 408 Bedford AA Road Service Van. Very, very near mint/boxed, with the colour promotional booklet included. From the Italian collection.
Notes
This is a fine example of the first issue (1957-59) with a divided windscreen and smooth hubs, stamped aluminium roof sign. The model has a striking black and yellow finish (smooth roof) and perfect A.A. logo and lettering throughout. Just a couple of little dots visible upon the most painstaking scrutiny! Really tempted to call this one mint:
Bright baseplate.
The early blue picture box is crisp and bright, if a touch grubby with a rub on the letter ‘G’ of Corgi on one picture face. Pencilled number at an end flap.
Corgi promotional booklet is included.
