C216
Corgi 216 Austin A40. Near mint/boxed. Red and black issue with flat spun wheels. From The Berkshire Collection. Scarce!
Notes
Issued between 1959-62, this Austin car has a shining original red and black finish finish, and flat spun wheels. Barely handled, this example has survived particularly well, with none of the usual chipping or rubbing on the roof. Bright baseplate.
Very nice!
Couple of little marks on a side body line detail and a few marks on the bumpers.
Corgi period accessory labels have been added (easily removed if wished).
The box is complete, although there is some staining to the top surface in particular.
A difficult find.
