D281
Dinky 281 Luxury Coach. Mid blue, cream flash, lemon wheels. Near mint/boxed. Scarce model from The Berkshire Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1954-60 in various colour finishes, this being one of the more difficult versions to find – and probably the most attractive!
Occasional little mark most;y at wheel arches . Note that the original owner gave the number plate area (which should be blank) a flick of silver paint. Possible to remove further (carefully).
None of the usual marks on the roof or head-on. Nice lustre. Fine tread original tyres.
The box is complete and has the correct colour spot on the end flaps. Rather grubby now and a start of a little end flap tear. No graffiti.
