Many items from this collection were bought new during the 1960?s, after enquiring in toyshops for old, unsold shop stock.
This is a scarce issue with spun aluminium hubs, bright original turquoise finish and matching interior interior. Black knobbly tyres. Plastic steering wheel.
One little mark on the fin tip. White driver remains unscathed! Nice original lustre. Bright baseplate.
The correct paler yellow card box is bright, crisp and complete. As is often the case, the driver’s head has caused a slight puncture/raised area on the top surface of the box.
Not an easy variation to find!
