C438
Corgi 438 Land-Rover. Scarce dark green version - early issue. Very, very near mint/boxed. From The Kent Collection.
Notes
First made during 1963, this first issue has a lustrous deep green finish, plastic grey canopy, lemon interior, metal towhook. Suspension on shaped spun wheels. A wonderful example in virtually mint condition!
Ex-shop stock quality – so none of the usual rubs at the raised body lines on the roof, or indeed at exposed edges. Just one little mark at a side edge only visible when the canopy is removed.
The pictorial card box is complete, crisp and clean. Vivid colours. Remains of an old price label at one side. Pencilled shopkeeper’s price/writing on one end flap.
Corgi Club Membership Form is included.
