C58
Corgi 58 Beast Carrier. Near mint (factory paint miss)/boxed. With cows on 'straw' insert and all packing. From a very fine private collection in Cheshire.
Notes
A discerning, lifelong Corgi enthusiast who sought the very best examples available. Issued 1965-72, this is a delightful agricultural model from Corgi to be used in conjunction with either the Massey Ferguson or Fordson Tractor available at this time. In close to mint condition with hinged ramp, animals (four calves) affixed to card “straw” insert, and intact detachable plastic netting.
Few minor edge marks and a paint miss on the inside of one of the bars.
The box is extremely vibrant, crisp, complete and fresh, although a small puncture has occurred during storage on one non-picture side.
Comes complete with both original card packing pieces and Corgi Club Membership Form.
