C403
Corgi 403 Bedford 12CWT Van "Daily Express". Very near mint/boxed. From The Heart of England Collection.
Notes
A gleaming vivid original deep blue paint finish on this early Bedford Van! One of the first Corgi models made, manufacture of this model began during 1956. Complete clean and fresh-looking ‘Daily Express’ labels on both sides, and flat spun wheels.
Very nice!
In all original condition throughout. Closest scrutiny reveals a very small area of box rubbing which looks like close faint scratches in one place. Mere dot or two besides.
The early blue box is complete, crisp and strongly-coloured. Minimal edge rubbing and a period shop price (Paris) label at an end flap.
