Notes
Issued between 1947-48, this all original early Dinky ambulance has a close to perfect cream and black finish with bright red cross details on both sides. This version has filled-in rear side windows. Complete headlight and radiator assembly, notably with some of the plating remaining, black ridged wheels, smooth tyres (no flat spots) and crimped axles.
Only the most minor age wear.
This model would have been sold from a shopkeeper’s trade box, so never individually boxed.
